Is Kaged Creatine HCl Capsules underdosed?
Verdict
667 mgper serving · studies use 3–5 g/day of creatine monohydrate
Below research doseOne serving contains 667 mg; studies use 3–5 g/day. The label's directions don't give a clear number of servings a day (they're quoted below), so this judges one serving. Creatine Monohydrate builds up in the body through daily use over weeks; a lower daily amount still builds up, just more slowly.
One capsule gives 667 mg, so reaching the low end of what studies use (3 g) takes 4.5 capsules a day; it ranks 24th of 24 creatine supplements here by dose.
