Ingredient

L-Arginine

Research dose

0.15 g/kg

Evidence: Weak Taken before training: what counts is the amount in the serving you take. The amount scales with bodyweight; product pages use 75 kg unless you change it.

A meta-analysis suggests 0.15 g per kg of bodyweight 60–90 minutes before exercise; a published comment (Trexler, 2025) found errors that inflate its results, and the ISSN review says most arginine studies found no benefit.
